Bombay High Court –
Central Govt. & State Govt. initially asked for more time to respond, upon which we insisted on interim stay and Hon’ble CJ stated that if State asks for a longer date, then interim stay should be granted staying these unconstitutional mandates. The matters are now listed on December 15, 2021.
