New Delhi: Thane Municipal Corporation’s Mayor Shri. Naresh Mhaske is in great trouble for his offensiveremark and false statement against the unvaccinated people.
A complaint is filed by Indian Bar Association before Home Secretary against him under various sections of IPC.
Section 153-A, 505(2) for spreading rumors, to incite hatred amongst group or class of people, Section 409 for misappropriation of public property, to give wrongful gain to vaccine companies.
As per research available with the Government and also as per the observations and law laid down by various high court and more particularly in thecase of Re: Dinthar Incident Aizawl Vs. State of Mizoram 2021 SCC OnLineGau 1313, there is no difference between vaccinated and unvaccinated people. Vaccinated people can also be super-spreaders. The Central government in its affidavit and High Courtstoo,in their judgments have made it clear that there cannot be any discrimination between the vaccinated and unvaccinated.
But Shri. Naresh Mhaske, Mayor, Thane Mahanagarpalika, has made a false, defamatory and offensive remark against the unvaccinated people that they can spread infection and therefore cannot be permitted to travel through Thane Municipal Transport’s city buses.
The statement made by him is not only false and derogatory, but is an offence of spreading rumors to incite hatred between two groups of people.
The research done across the world and also admitted by Dr. Sanjay Rai, Epidemologist, AIIMS, New Delhi, that the person who has developed antibodies is the safest person in the world as he cannot spread infection. The persons who have developed antibodies are the safest persons in the world as they cannot spread infection.Their immunity is 13 times better than the fully vaccinated persons. Giving vaccine to such persons will cause more harm than good to the said persons and also it will be a waste of thousands of crores of public money.
However some corrupt officials, doctors and leaders, in order to give wrongful benefits of thousands of croresof rupees to vaccine manufacturing companies, are running ‘false narratives’ and ‘conspiracy theories’ that only vaccine is the protection from Covid-19.
